My name is Marco Muñoz and my objective with this blod is to give general information about aquaponics, y also to list specific information about the experimentation and tests I do to set up a working aquaponics system in my home.
The idea is to test different kinds of plants and fish species, which will allow to maintain an equilibrium in the production of food.
Located at the mountains in the north of the city of Heredia, in Costa Rica, with an altitude of 5740 feet above sea level, and with temperaturates ranging between 60 and 75 degress Fahrenheit, I will have to make some adjustments in the systems that I will be implementing to be able to work with this variables.
This blog will function as a log for all this modifications, and to document the good things and mistakes I will make in the process.
